It is built by the three of us. Ryan Turner, Matt Bleakley, and Mabel Lajes-Guiteras. Each of us has built businesses, led teams, and lived through the messy middle between traction and clarity.
Whether you are trying to make sense of your current growth, clarify your priorities, or figure out what your next phase should actually look like, this workshop is designed to give you the space and structure to do that work properly.
Over two focused days, you will work on your real business, not theory. You will use guided frameworks, practical exercises, and working sessions to make better decisions about where you are going and what deserves your attention.
